Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to customers in Bangkok and Pattaya. Orders are only accepted for delivery within our service areas. You will see your delivery availability upon entering your address during checkout.

2. Order Deadline

All orders must be placed by 5:00 PM (17:00) for the next-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.

3. Delivery Schedule

Daily deliveries are available from Monday to Friday. Weekend and holiday deliveries are subject to availability. Delivery windows are typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with specific time slots available during checkout.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size. Fees are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery is not completed.

5. Meal Customization & Delivery

You can customize your meals during the ordering process (protein selection, carb and vegetable preferences, spice level). Meals are prepared fresh the day before or morning of delivery based on your preferences.

6. Subscription Deliveries

For meal program subscriptions, deliveries occur on your selected schedule (daily, twice weekly, weekly, etc.). You can change your delivery frequency with at least 24 hours' notice.

7. Missing or Damaged Meals

If your delivery arrives with missing or damaged meals:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage/missing items
  3. We will send a replacement delivery at no additional cost

8. Delivery Attempt Failures

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability:

  • We will make up to 2 delivery attempts
  • If you are not available, the meal will be left in a safe location (if possible) or returned
  • Contact us immediately to reschedule
  • Meals left unrefrigerated for extended periods may not be safe to consume

9. Weather & Force Majeure

In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange alternative delivery times.

10. Postponement of Deliveries

If you need to postpone a delivery, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Postponements are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

11. Food Safety & Storage

All meals are prepared fresh and packaged for safe transport. Upon delivery:

  • Keep meals refrigerated immediately
  • Consume within 3-4 days of delivery
  • Follow any specific storage instructions provided
  • Do not consume meals left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours
