When do you deliver?↓
Sundays — and Wednesdays if you pick the 2×/week schedule (3 meals Wednesday, 2 meals Sunday). Cutoff: Saturday 18:00 for Sunday delivery, Tuesday 12:00 for Wednesday delivery.
Can I skip or cancel?↓
Yes — any week, no penalty. Manage skips and cancellations from your dashboard at any time.
What if I have allergies or intolerances?↓
Tell us at checkout. We swap proteins and carbs where possible. For complex dietary requirements, the Custom Program gives you full control.
What is the difference between Regular and Bulk portions?↓
Regular is 200g meat + 120g carb per meal. Bulk is 250g meat + 150g carb — same meals, more food, small weekly surcharge.
How is the Custom Program different from the weekly tiers?↓
You choose exactly which proteins and macros go into your plan. Same kitchen, same fresh daily prep. Starts from ฿1,399/week. Best for specific training goals or dietary restrictions.
